My first trip to The Normans, an upmarket wedding venue on a farm near Askham Richard, near York.

Everything took place on-site, including the bridal preparations, the ceremony and the wedding breakfast etc.

Filming in the barn where the ceremony took place was challenging because of the very low lighting conditions. Luckily the photographer had some spotlights that he kindly set up to give us both some better light to shoot with. I relied on shooting wide with my 24mm 1.4 prime lens wide open which worked, the only downside being a lack of depth of field in the shot of the bride coming up the aisle.

We used the barn as a backdrop for some couple shots and with some help from the photographer's assistant, I was able to capture some slow-motion footage of the train gently billowing in the breeze.

Here is Olivia's reaction:

"I’m so thankful to you for the wedding video as you’ve captured moments of my Grandad that I will be able to treasure forever. The video is perfect and we really enjoyed watching it together and reliving our special day. " Olivia.

Royalty-free music for the online highlights version was sourced from Artist. The music used on the full USB version which was just over an hour included Olivia and Ben's choices: Tenerife Sea, (Ed Sheeran); In case you didn't know, (Brett Young); Shallow, (Lady Gaga) and Romeo and Juliet, (Dire Straits).

Equipment used: Lumix S5 II for all footage in this video. This was mounted on a Benro monopod for the ceremony and the speeches. The microphone used was the Diety V-Mic D3 Pro. My backup camera, a Lumix GH6 was running during the ceremony mounted on a tripod but there was no reason to use its footage. A small audio recorder was running behind the registrar as another backup but again there was no reason to use the audio from it.
